The most excellent Sammys Woodfired Pizza gives a tip for getting a free Messy Sundae (pictured above), containing vanilla ice cream, chocolate and caramel sauces, walnuts, and whipped cream topped with a cherry.

Just bring a new, unwrapped toy to the Sammy’s at 6500 W. Sahara Ave. or 4300 E. Sunset Rd. and you can exchange it for the sundae.

It’s all part of Sammy’s annual Toys for Tots collection program.

A separate press release also has Sammy’s accepting toys in exchange for a free appetizer coupon, good for your next visit. So if you’re not in a sweet tooth mood, you can get some tapas.

Offers expire Dec. 16.
